What this application is
trend-analyzer is a private, single-user research tool operated by one individual. It has no end users
other than its operator, and it is not offered as a service to the public.
What data the application accesses
- Google Ads keyword metrics. With the operator's own authorisation, the tool reads
keyword search-volume and competition metrics for keywords the operator chooses to research. It is
read-only: it never creates, modifies or spends on advertising campaigns, and it never accesses another
party's advertising data.
- Public data through official APIs. Trending searches, news feeds, public questions,
public product listings, public page-view statistics and public charts — read through the providers'
own documented interfaces.
What the application does not do
- It does not collect, store or process personal data of any individual.
- It does not build profiles of people, and it does not attempt to identify or re-identify anyone.
- It does not use data to train machine-learning or AI models.
- It does not sell, license, share or redistribute any data it reads.
- It does not use cookies or analytics on this website.
Storage
Collected public data and the resulting measurements are stored in a private database on the operator's
own computer. Authorisation credentials are stored locally and are never transmitted to third parties.
Data removal
Any party who believes their content or data has been collected may contact the operator and it will be
removed promptly.
